Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, peeled
    2 small onions, peeled
    2 eggs
    2 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred potatoes and onions.
    Add eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour batter (about 1/4 cup at a time)
    on a hot greased griddle.
    Spread to make about a 4-inch pancake.
    Brown on each side.
    Lay on a paper napkin while making the rest.
    Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
