Old Fashioned Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
3 c. sour cooking apples, chopped
1 (6 oz.) butterscotch chips

Preparation

In a
large
bowl, mix well Wesson oil, eggs and sugar. In separate
bowl,
sift
together
flour, salt, soda, baking powder and
cinnamon.
Add to first mixture.
Stir in chopped apples and nuts.
Mix well.
