Green Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1/4 to 1/2 c. shortening
garlic salt to taste
flour
1 small to medium onion, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes, chopped
1 can Kuners Southwestern salsa tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
28 oz. green chilies, diced
1 large can chicken broth
Preparation

Add shortening to skillet or pan, cut pork into cubes, add to shortening with chopped onions.
Brown and cook well.
Drain.
