Carrots Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 c. raisins, soaked in hot water and drained
    3 jars junior baby carrots
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Then mix oil, eggs and carrots.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add drained raisins.
    Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
