Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks
1 cooked deep-dish pie crust
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and milk.
Cook in double boiler until thickened.
Add egg yolks and butter.
Mix in coconut.
Pour in cooled pie crust.
