Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raw carrots (peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices)
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. acceptable margarine (melted)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
Preparation

Place carrots into a saucepan.
Add just enough water to cover.
Boil for 10 to 12 minutes or until barely tender.
Drain.
