Cincinnati Milling Machine Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 c. chopped real fine pecans
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, salt and eggs on high speed and then add melted butter and the vanilla and beat real good.
    Next, add the syrup and mix real well.
    Put the chopped nuts in the bottom of the pie shell and pour in the filling and bake for 1 hour on the bottom rack at 300\u00b0 or longer depending upon whether filling is set up.
