Cranberry Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. raw cranberries
2 medium apples, peeled and diced
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil sugar and water for 1 minute.
Add cranberries and boil 2 minutes longer; add apples.
Put in casserole or other flat baking dish.
Combine dry ingredients; add margarine.
Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Serves 4.
