Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. cubed cooked potatoes, jackets on
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Chop bacon and fry crisp.
Remove from pan and set aside. Saute onion in the fat.
Add water, sugar, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Add potatoes and parsley and heat through.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Serve warm.
