Grilled Ranch Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    8 rump steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick
Preparation
    Combine juices, water, sauce, salt and pepper.
    Pour over steaks, allow to stand 4 to 6 hours out of refrigerator.
    Turn occasionally.
    Grill over hot fire 3 to 4 minutes on each side for rare.
    Increase cooking time for medium or well done.
