Hawaiian Chicken(Do Ahead) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, halved or quartered
    1 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. lime juice
    grated rind of 1 lime
Preparation
    Combine butter, soy sauce, lime juice and lime rind.
    Marinate chicken pieces in marinade several hours, turning 2 or 3 times. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting while baking.
    Turns golden brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
