German Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 large cabbage head
    2 medium size onions
    1 large jar pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 large bell peppers
Preparation
    Slice cabbage, not
    too thin.
    Slice peppers and onions in onion ring style.
    Add
    pimentos to mixture.
    Boil vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and seed
    about 1 minute.
    Pour over and stir gradually.
    Let set 4 hours or longer if possible in refrigerator.
