Scalloped Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 lb. crackers
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 stick margarine
Preparation

Wash mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
Put in bowl.
Crush crackers over the mushrooms.
Season and pour milk over mushrooms and crackers.
Mix and pour into buttered casserole.
Dot with margarine and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
