Broccoli Soup Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. dry white wine
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. tarragon, crushed
dash of white pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan, cook broccoli according to directions; drain.
Add soup, milk, wine, butter, tarragon and pepper.
Heat through.
Serves 8.
