Mayonnaise(16 Ounces) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    2 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except oil, at high speed for 20 seconds.
    Slowly add oil, continuing to blend for about 2 1/2 minutes or until well mixed and thickened.
