Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. mixed salad greens, torn into bite size pieces
    1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onions or 1/2 medium sweet onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 ripe avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Just before serving, toss with Dressing.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
