Luscious Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. butter
    5 slightly beaten eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    For crust:
    Combine the 2 1/2 cup flour and sugar.
    Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
    Press into bottom of greased 15 x 10 x 1 pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes until golden.
