Creamy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 Tbsp. melted butter
3 c. milk
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded yellow Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Blend flour, salt, mustard and pepper into 4 tablespoons melted butter; slowly stir in milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce and heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Combine with macaroni and spoon into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs with remaining butter and sprinkle over macaroni.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and top is golden.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
