Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk, scalded
Preparation

Beat eggs and combine with sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla. Slowly add milk; mix well and pour in 9-inch pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes more or until mixture doesn't adhere to knife.
