Pork Chops A La Jodi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 boneless, center cut chops (1/4 inch thick)
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Coat chops with flour, shaking excess.
    In large skillet, brown both sides in butter.
    In shallow casserole dish, place chops in overlapping rows.
    Spoon pan drippings over chops.
    Spread soup over chops.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0 and bake, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake another 15 to 20 minutes. Excellent over cooked rice and peas.
