Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. beef stew meat
    1 cup celery, chopped
    4 medium carrots, sliced
    1 large can tomatoes, with juice
    5 medium potatoes
    2 medium onions
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and bake in covered dish at 250 degrees for 6 hours.
    Can be baked at higher temperature for less time, but not as good.
