Royal Flounder Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flounder fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad dressing
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of salt
1 egg white
1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
-
Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper.
Arrange in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove fillets with a slotted spatula; place on a heated ovenproof platter and keep warm.
