Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated green pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 grated carrot
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Boil vinegar and sugar.
Remove from heat.
Add oil and mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate.
Can be made ahead of time and will keep for days.
