Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sweet or sour cream
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook the raisins in enough water to cover.
Beat together the cream, egg yolks, sugar and flour.
Add to raisins and cook until thick.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue made from the egg whites.
