Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp. oil
1 large can tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cooked rice
grated cheese
Preparation

Saute onion, peppers and garlic in oil until onion is soft. Add tomatoes and seasoning to onion mixture.
Place rice in casserole dish that has been greased. Pour tomato mixture over top of rice.
Cover with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
