Ingredients

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. rum
4 egg whites
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Add the milk to cover up to 1/2 of the chocolate.
Also add sugar.
Heat slowly until thick and smooth.
Add the rum.
Let cool to room temperature.
Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff.
Beat the whipping cream until stiff.
Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites, then fold chocolate mixture into whipping cream.
You can top with additional whipping cream and chocolate swirls, if desired.
