Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. pkg. rice (2 cans Campbell's consomme)
salt
1 sliced onion
1 sliced bell pepper
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 stick Parkay margarine
Preparation

Spread rice over bottom of 10 x 13-inch cake pan.
Lightly salt.
Add all four cans of soup.
Place onion, mushrooms and bell pepper over the top.
Slice margarine and dot over top.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
