Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Cool milk and add egg, salt, sugar and flour.
    Mix and knead.
    Let rise until double in size. Roll out in circles and brush with melted oleo.
    Cut in pie shape wedges; roll up.
    Brush with oleo again.
    Let rise.
    Bake 15 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven or until golden brown.
    Recipe may be doubled.
