Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 yellow squash
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 c. grated or chopped cheese
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Slice
    and boil squash with chopped onion until tender. Drain and
    place\tin
    a
    3 or 4-quart casserole dish, layering squash with
    cheese,
    margarine and salt and pepper. Sprinkle crushed crackers
    on top with some margarine. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
