Ingredients

2 c. finely grated coconut
1/4 c. butter
1 c. superfine sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
Sprinkle in flour and blend until smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients and spoon into pastry shell.
