Fabulous Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2 sticks butter (do not use margarine)
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
25 large marshmallows
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Boil together sugar, butter and milk; let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla, marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Stir until smooth and melted.
(One cup chopped nuts can be added at this point, if desired.) Pour into a lightly buttered cookie sheet.
Cool.
Cut into squares.
