Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium sized squash (mix yellow and zucchini)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    croutons
    margarine pats
Preparation
    Slice squash in 1/2-inch pieces, cook in salted water until soft.
    Mix sour cream and cheeses in a separate bowl.
    Spray a 9 x 12-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Drain squash and put into dish. Top with cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle on croutons and pats of margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
