Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
    1/4 c. light mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    8 c. romaine lettuce, chopped
    1 c. croutons
Preparation
    Combine cheese, mayonnaise, water, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until creamy. Combine lettuce and dressing in a large bowl. Toss well to coat. Sprinkle with croutons.
