Low Country Ham Quiche - cooking recipe

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked ham or bacon (diced)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/3 c. grated onion (optional)
Preparation

Line 9 inch quiche or pie pan with pastry. Bake for 3 minutes at 400\u00b0. Remove from oven and prick with a fork & bake 5 minutes longer. Let cool. Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Mix thoroughly, stir in ham, cheese and onion. Pour into pastry bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
