Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 veal cutlets or tenderized beef cutlets
egg
cracker meal
olive oil
dash of oregano, salt and pepper
2 or 3 cans tomato sauce
grated American and Mozzarella cheese
1 large onion
1 large can V-8 juice
3 lb. hamburger
3 cans chili beans
2 pkg. Williams chili seasoning
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger and onion.
Drain.
Add seasoning, V-8 juice and chili beans.
Simmer for about 1 hour.
