Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. flavoring
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, eggs, flavoring and nutmeg.
    Scald milk and slowly add to mixture, stirring as you pour.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven.
