Ingredients

4 to 8 center loin pork chops (3/4-inch thick) or however many you have invited for dinner
1 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
