Cream Of Asparagus Soup(Makes 6 Cups Of Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped fresh asparagus (1 1/2 lb.)
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. condensed milk or heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    salt
    water
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Place asparagus and celery in 1/4 teaspoon salt and boiling water just to cover.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Reserve 1 cup of juice.
