Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add
    sugar
    to butter, then add eggs plus the lemon
    juice.
    Cook
    in a double boiler until thick, about 1/2 hour.
    Do not boil.
