Helen Depriests' Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Northern white beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. dark molasses
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 lb. cooked bacon strips
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 small onion, diced
Preparation

Cook beans until almost done. Drain off liquid.
Add tomato sauce, dark molasses, brown sugar, mustard, bacon drippings and onion to beans.
Place in covered baking dish. Top with bacon strips. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake for 1 hour.
