Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 can (No. 303) fruit cocktail
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. pecans or coconut or both
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, flour, soda, eggs and fruit cocktail.
    Pour into greased loaf cake pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar, pecans and/or coconut over top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
