Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes; cook until tender.
    Drain and cool slightly.
    Saute onion in butter in small skillet until tender. Combine potatoes, onion and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl; mix gently.
    Spoon into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
