Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, separated
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and set aside.
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Sift flour and soda together.
    Add to sugar mixture alternating with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla, coconut and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Cook in 3 layers or sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
