Orange Roughy In Citrus Sauce(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. orange roughy
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. minced, fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. plus 3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Place fish in non-metal baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients except marmalade and cornstarch.
    Mix to dissolve orange juice concentrate.
    Reserve 1/2 cup for sauce.
    Pour remaining mixture over fish.
    Cover fish and marinate in refrigerator at least 45 minutes.
    Turn at least once.
