Refrigerator Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
    2/3 c. vegetable shortening
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
    Stir in potatoes, sugar, shortening, eggs, salt and 3 cups of the flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Mix in rest of flour to make dough easy to handle.
    Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl and cover tightly.
    Refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 5 days.
    Punch dough down.
    Form into rolls and let rise. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
