Ingredients
    4 carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Clean and dice carrots.
    Add butter, brown sugar and orange juice.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes until carrots are tender.
