White Hot Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. diced jalapeno peppers (optional; green chilies if you like)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix cooked rice, sour cream, cheese, jalapenos and salt and pepper together.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Heat in oven at 350\u00b0
for 20 to 30 minutes.
