Rolled Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 onion (small), diced
    1 tomato, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    6 oz. cheese (sharp Cheddar), grated
    Worcestershire sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Roll out meat to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add layer of onion, tomato, bell pepper and cheese.
    Roll meat like a jelly roll.
    Place in dish, seam side down.
    Pour mushroom soup over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
