Ham Patties With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground, cooked ham
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/3 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
    dash of pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine ham with remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Shape mixture in 6 small or 4 large patties.
    Brown slowly on both sides in a small amount of hot fat.
    Heat sour cream just until hot.
    Serve with patties.
    Trim green onion tops or chives.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings.
