Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (use fresh cooked sweet potatoes)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. real vanilla or 1 tsp. imitation vanilla
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    3 Tbsp. softened oleo
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients with melted oleo.
    Mix well and pour in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
    Combine softened oleo with brown sugar, flour and coconut.
    Mix well and sprinkle over potato mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
